Ensuring support during facilitation of RBI & internal Audits
Support mechanism for management for submission of Risk & Control Matrix
Field agencies audits for ensuring regulatory guidelines are place like availability of ID cards, system restriction access, adherence to Code of Conduct
Customer visits to ensure agencies are following the CoC guidelines
Investigation by visiting customer and agencies in case of any escalation / complaints
Supporting Customer Service & other functions by front ending for resolution
Ensuring relevant required actions basis the nature of complaints as per Consequence Management Matrix / As required
