Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Collection Recovery Specialist. The role involves managing debt recovery processes effectively, contacting customers to resolve overdue accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of transactions, providing financial assistance guidance, and delivering excellent customer service to address customer concerns and payment issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
- Strong Communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Proficiency in Customer Service and resolving client payment-related concerns
- Knowledge of financial practices, particularly in the context of loans and collections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet monthly collection targets
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Prior experience or understanding of the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
