Collection Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via voice and blended channels
• Handle help desk queries and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Manage customer service requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
• Perform basic data analysis and update service records
• Provide telephony support and manage access controls as required
• Assist in asset management and vendor coordination activities
• Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
