Collection Manager

Key Objective of the Job:

• Responsible for achieving collections targets in the assigned area while ensuring adherence to SOPs and legal norms as per process and organizational policy for X-Bucket

Major Deliverables:

1. Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
2. Ensure NPA levels are kept within the assigned budget and take active measures to minimize them
3. Increase fee income/revenue and develop initiatives to reduce vendor payouts
4. Conduct asset verifications and possessions as per SARFAESI/Section 9 through court receivers
5. Track and control delinquency by Bucket & DPD and focus on non-starters
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within specified TAT
7. Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers through regular follow-ups
8. Represent the organization in legal/statutory matters and ensure the team adheres to legal guidelines
9. Allocate work to field executives and ensure agency performance per defined SLAs, including payment and audit receipt submission
10. Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability (area-wise, bucket-wise, segment-wise) and review updates on delinquent portfolios; initiate detailed reviews of high-ticket accounts
11. Ensure compliance with all audit/regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
