Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management:
  • Monitor and manage the working capital loan portfolio, ensuring timely collection of EMIs, interest, and principal.
  • Maintain DPD (Days Past Due) levels as per target and minimize NPA occurrences.
  • Recovery Operations:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party agencies for recovery efforts.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with delinquent customers through calls, visits, and legal means (if necessary).
  • Recommend legal or recovery actions for chronic defaulters in consultation with legal and credit teams.
  • Team Management:
  • Manage and guide field collection executives or agencies for effective recovery.
  • Train and monitor the performance of outsourced collection partners.
  • MIS & Reporting:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
  • Analyze collection trends and identify potential problem accounts.
  • Share actionable insights with senior management.
  • Customer Interaction & Relationship:
  • Engage with customers to understand payment difficulties and offer suitable repayment solutions or restructuring.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach to recovery.
  • Compliance & Audit:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms in collection practices.
  • Support audit and compliance teams with required data and responses.
