Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective collection strategies and policies
Monitor and control delinquency levels across portfolios
Drive reduction and control of NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) through strategic interventions and recovery planning
Track NPA accounts closely and ensure timely resolution/recovery actions
Lead, mentor, and manage the collections team to achieve targets
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts and resolution of escalations
Analyze collection performance and prepare MIS reports for management
Coordinate with legal teams for recovery and NPA cases
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Improve collection processes, systems, and productivity
Work closely with sales and credit teams to reduce credit risk
Handle high-value, critical, and NPA recovery cases
