ob Title: Tele Collection Executive Domestic BPO

Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for a domestic voice process. Candidates should have good Hindi communication skills and prior experience in tele collections, loan/EMI collections, NBFC, or BFSI processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMI/payments.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely payment collection.
• Negotiate payment commitments and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate call and payment records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer objections and escalations effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months experience in tele collection/BPO/voice process.
• Good Hindi communication skills is mandatory.
• Collection/NBFC/BFSI experience preferred.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
