Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Executive role based in New Delhi. The Collection Executive will manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies. Daily activities include coordinating with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits, sending payment reminders, negotiating payment plans when necessary, and updating collection records in internal systems. The role involves working closely with the finance and sales teams to reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and provide regular collection status reports. The Collection Executive is expected to maintain professional, courteous communication while safeguarding customer relationships and supporting healthy cash flow for the business.
Qualifications
- Strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, with experience managing outstanding receivables and payment follow-ups.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal departments.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret account statements, identify discrepancies, and recommend appropriate collection actions.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance, including invoicing, Tally prime ,billing processes, and basic accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in Google sheet and basic ERP or accounting software for maintaining accurate collection and account records.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time well, and handle multiple accounts with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in collections, credit control, or finance operations, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
