Job Title: Collection Executive Two Wheeler Loans

Job Summary
The Collection Executive is responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers with overdue two-wheeler loans. The role involves regular follow-ups, field visits, negotiation, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining good customer relations and adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collections for two-wheeler loan accounts (current, overdue, and delinquent).
- Conduct field visits to customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers while maintaining company policies.
- Track and update collection status in the system on a daily basis.
- Identify and report potential fraud or skip cases to the manager.
- Coordinate with repossession and legal teams when required.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements (RBI / Fair Practices Code).
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure better recovery and reduce delinquency.
- Meet monthly and quarterly collection targets assigned by the management.
- Provide feedback to management on field collection trends and customer behavior.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of loan collections and recovery process.
- Basic understanding of two-wheeler loan products and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and field management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/collection software).
Qualification & Experience
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Experienced or Fresher both can apply
- License: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
