About the Company

Khushbu Auto Finance Limited (KAFL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) since 1999. The company specializes in three-wheeler vehicle finance, providing financial solutions to customers for commercial three-wheelers.

Job Purpose

To manage and recover Non-Performing Asset (NPA) accounts, reduce overdue loan balances, and improve overall collection efficiency through field visits, customer follow-ups, and effective recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle NPA and overdue loan accounts for three-wheeler vehicle finance.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
• Identify reasons for non-payment and develop suitable recovery plans.
• Coordinate with customers, guarantors, and dealers to resolve overdue accounts.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, and recovery status.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Support legal recovery proceedings and repossession processes, wherever authorized and applicable.
• Coordinate with the branch team to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPA levels.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate preferred; minimum qualification as per company policy.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in NPA collection, loan recovery, or field collections in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
• Experience in vehicle finance collection will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and collection tracking.
