Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive, located in Dausa. The Collection Executive will oversee debt collection activities, coordinate with clients for timely repayment, and implement effective credit control measures. The role includes monitoring overdue payments, conducting field visits, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines to maintain financial health.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Credit Control and Debt Collection with a proven ability to manage and reduce overdue accounts.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess financial data and make informed decisions on credit and collections.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles and processes within a non-banking financial services environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
  • Relevant work experience in collections or financial services; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local geography and language is an added advantage.
