Job Title: Collection Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Officer to handle loan payment collections. The candidate will be responsible for customer follow-ups, payment recovery, maintaining records, and achieving collection targets through both office and field work.

Office Work

Call customers regarding weekly/monthly loan EMI payments.

Follow up with customers for overdue and pending payments.

Inform customers about outstanding amounts and due dates.

Maintain customer and payment details in the CRM/system.

Update daily collection and follow-up records.

Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.

Coordinate with the branch/manager regarding payment status.

Handle customer queries related to loan payments.

Field Work

Visit customers at their residence or business location for payment follow-up.

Collect pending loan installments as per company policy.

Meet customers who have not responded to phone calls.

Explain repayment schedules and outstanding amounts.

Maintain proper records of field visits and collections.

Submit collected payment details and daily field reports.

Follow assigned routes/areas and achieve daily or monthly collection targets.
