Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Executive located in Pitampura, New Delhi.

Make outbound collection calls to customers and follow up on overdue payments.

Provide payment reminders in a professional and empathetic manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Resolve customer queries related to payments and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer support.

Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil is mandatory.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Willingness to work on-site at Pitampura, New Delhi
