Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Collection Agent. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts, ensuring timely cash collections, maintaining accurate finance records, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include contacting clients regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and working closely with the finance department to update account information.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
