- CUCM, IMP, CUC,CER, Analog/Digital Gateways, Hardware and Software media Resources
- Protocols H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
- Basic Understanding for UCS Servers and VMware Virtualisation
- Consulting and Troubleshooting Skills
- Understating of DNS,DHCP,TFTP,NTP and LDAP
- Desired Skills (Good to have as value add to this role)
- Programming skills in Java/Python
- Understanding of Cisco Video Solution
- Understanding of WebEx
