Location: Pune - Full time office Job

Exp: 2- 5 Years

Timing: 3pm -11pm | Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

ChatWithAds helps Shopify brands understand and grow their advertising performance through AI conversations. Instead of dashboards, founders can simply ask questions about Meta, Google, Shopify, and their marketing data to make faster decisions.

We're building one of the first AI-native marketing operating systems for ecommerce.

Role:

We're looking for someone obsessed with finding the right founders, starting conversations, and opening doors.

Your job is not to hard sell. Your job is to consistently generate qualified conversations with Shopify founders and ecommerce operators.

If you enjoy researching companies, writing personalized outreach, experimenting with messaging, and finding creative ways to get replies, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Build targeted prospect lists of Shopify brands.
  • Research founders before outreach.
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, X, Reddit, and Shopify communities.
  • Personalize every first touch.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences.
  • Book qualified product demos.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Test new messaging angles weekly.
  • Share market insights and objections with the product team.
  • Experiment with AI tools to improve outreach efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in cold outreach, SDR, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Comfortable talking with founders.
  • Highly organized and process-driven.
  • Curious about ecommerce, Shopify, AI, and digital marketing.
  • Self-managed with a bias toward action.

Bonus:

  • Experience selling SaaS.
  • Worked with Shopify or DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for personalization.
