This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cold Forging Operator, located in Hosur. The role involves operating and maintaining cold forging machinery using Part Former technology, ensuring adherence to production specifications, and monitoring the quality of forged components. The operator will perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing targets.

• Strong understanding of cold forging processes and Part Former technology
• Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience in precision engineering and working with industrial manufacturing tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance
• Capability to work in a team and adhere to safety and operational guidelines
• Previous experience with CNC or VMC machinery is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous
