Cold Email Outreach Specialist (Lead Generation)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Specialist who can take complete ownership of our B2B lead generation process through email outreach campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, managing, optimizing, and scaling cold email campaigns that consistently generate qualified sales meetings and leads.

This is a performance-driven role where the candidate will be responsible for the entire outreach lifecycle, from technical setup to campaign execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage end-to-end B2B cold email outreach campaigns.
  • Define and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Source and validate leads using platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other prospecting tools.
  • Create personalized email sequences and outreach campaigns.
  • Configure and manage email infrastructure including:
  • SPF Records
  • DKIM Records
  • DMARC Records
  • Custom Tracking Domains
  • Email Deliverability Setup
  • Set up and manage email warm-up processes.
  • Monitor inbox reputation and email deliverability.
  • Continuously optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, messaging, and campaign structures.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Generate qualified leads and sales meetings consistently.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Cold Email Lead Generation.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
  • Experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX Records, and DNS configuration.
  • Experience using:
  • Apollo
  • ZoomInfo
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Instantly
  • Smartlead
  • Lemlist
  • Mailshake
  • Woodpecker or similar outreach tools
  • Strong understanding of ICP creation and prospect segmentation.
  • Experience creating high-converting cold email copy.
  • Knowledge of campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage outreach campaigns from start to finish.
