Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Calling Specialist based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves initiating and managing outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting Proffer's offerings, and nurturing leads to convert them into business opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups, responding to client inquiries, and building and maintaining positive relationships. The specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and objectives through effective communication and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence in engaging with potential clients over the phone.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and following up with prospects.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data entry experience.
  • Ability to handle objections and foster positive client interactions.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively while working towards sales goals.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or relevant fields is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics, especially in the technology and innovation sectors, is a plus.
