Cold Calling Specialist Intern (Pre-Placement Offer Eligible)

This is a full-time, on-site Cold Calling Specialist Intern position based in Pune. In this role, you will engage in daily cold calling to potential clients, build strong relationships, identify business opportunities, and support lead generation efforts. You will also manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, provide updates, and assist in converting leads into qualified opportunities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for success in this role. This internship offers potential eligibility for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Phone etiquette, cold calling proficiency, and resilience under time-sensitive situations
• Basic understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes
• Organizational and time management skills for managing leads and maintaining accurate records
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus
• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related internships is a bonus
