Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller on a commission only basis. The Cold Caller will engage with prospective clients to introduce Stratfora's services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, following up on potential leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with prospective clients
• Proven ability to generate leads and schedule appointments through effective cold calling
• Capable of maintaining accurate records in CRM tools or other databases
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize workflow and strategies
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving targets
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and AI-driven tools is a strong plus
• Proficiency in remote work tools and technology
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and maintain resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage
