• Possesses strategic thinking combined with tactical project planning and management skills.

Specific Skills:

• Strong skills creating and maintaining Cognos queries using Cognos 11 required.
• Experience developing/updating Cognos framework packages using Cognos 11.
• Possesses skills and experience using SSRS and SQL queries.
• Experience developing reports with PowerBI is desired.
• Skills using Informer and other reporting tools a plus.
• Understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle and UniData) is desired.
• Knowledgeable of best practices for the creation of reports.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or other related field.
• IBM Cognos Designer Certification a plus.
• 4+ years experience developing Cognos framework packages and Cognos queries.
