Job Description:

The iValua Application L3 Support Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for the iValua procurement platform. This role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality, and ensuring smooth operations of the iValua application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2, 3 support for the iValua application, resolving complex issues reported by users and internal teams.

- Investigate and diagnose application issues, performing root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with development and technical teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and upgrades to the iValua platform.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.

- Assist in user training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower users and reduce support requests.

- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.

- Stay updated on iValua application features, best practices, and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to the iValua application.

- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
