We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in TeamSite Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using TeamSite Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Design and implement scalable and robust solutions in the Payer domain.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Document development processes code changes and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of TeamSite Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE.
- Have experience in the Payer domain understanding its unique requirements and challenges.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Show a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work.

Certifications Required
Certified Java Developer Certified TeamSite Developer or equivalent certifications in related technologies.
