Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. As a Cofounder (Angel/CXO with Investment), you will play a central role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and execution across product, business, and operations. You will work closely with the founding team to refine the value proposition, validate market opportunities, and build scalable business and revenue models in the EV and AI/IoT ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving go-to-market initiatives, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and meeting potential customers, investors, and ecosystem partners. You will help define product roadmaps, oversee key experiments and pilots, support fundraising efforts, and contribute your own capital to align long-term interests. The role also involves setting up core processes, hiring and mentoring early team members, and representing Zipsure AI at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment, presentations, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with the ability to identify, pursue, and close B2B or enterprise opportunities.
- Marketing and go-to-market skills, including positioning, messaging, and growth-focused experimentation.
- Research capabilities to explore new markets, technologies, regulatory environments, and customer needs in EV, AI, or IoT domains.
- Prior startup or founding experience, ideally in deep-tech, mobility, or SaaS, with a demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Willingness and capacity to make a meaningful financial investment in the company, aligned with a long-term ownership mindset.
- Background in engineering, business, or related fields; experience in EV, automotive, AI, or IoT ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work from Gurugram in a hybrid setup, collaborate closely with the core team, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
