Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Partnerships Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business relationships, managing strategic partnerships, and driving collaboration opportunities with external stakeholders. You will analyze market trends, develop and present partnership strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership efforts with company objectives. Your role will include preparing and delivering compelling presentations and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure long-term success and alignment with Shoal's vision.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships, with the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and develop data-driven strategies for partnerships.
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills to articulate partnership strategies and lead impactful discussions with various partner organizations.
- Proven ability to manage projects with attention to detail and align them with larger company goals.
- Experience in technology, social platform development, or startups is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while collaborating with a diverse team.
