Cofounder with Investment (Equity/Angel)

Zipbolt Innovations aims to Accelerate India's EV adoption by tackling key problem related to emobility, enabling EV & Battery Safety and Sustainability through its AI powered EV Lifecycle management platforms.

Our IoT-enabled AI SaaS , ZipsurrAi tackles areas of new EV applications such as EV Fleets & Logistics like EESL, EEE Taxi, etc, OEMs such as Tata Motors. Zipbolt has Intelligent 2nd Life Battery packs deployed (over 200KWh, running for past 3 years), into Smart battery packs for swapping systems as well as DC Fast Chargers with BESS backup for !

The company launched operations in April 2022 in Delhi NCR and is at early revenue stage, with revenues growing 2-3X y-o-y. We are fundraising Seed round for expanding across verticals, while we have raised a pre-seed round of $100k, where eminent Angels participated.

Opportunity:

This is an Entrepreneurial role where company's Equity, will need to be purchased, depending on the invested capital.

The Investment amount for an Equity % can start from INR 16 Lacs, & go upto INR 2 Cr.

What are we looking for

Opening for a Co-founder/ Angel , who comes with certain expertise:

a) Co-Founder/C-suite positions in atleast Seed/pre-Series startup

b) PhD/Financial/Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience EV/AI/SaaS Tech industry would be a plus.

What you get:

-NO Salary is applicable, until the investment round is raised.

-It is an Equity based role, Profit sharing will be applicable along with stock options and commission and Success based incentives .

-The Co-Founder will receive the agreed equity shares against capital infused and shares issued as per the agreed vesting schedule.
