Role Description

As a Cofounder in Business Development, you will take a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping the business strategy. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for founders, mentors, incubators as well as investors partnerships, developing and executing business strategies, conducting market research, and leading sales and marketing efforts.

• Strong Analytical and Research Skills to evaluate market trends and develop informed strategies
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiations
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing with a record of driving revenue and building partnerships
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and business growth
• Previous experience in a similar role or startup environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
