Roaster – Metok Coffee Roasters (Dehradun)

Metok Coffee Roasters is a growing Himalayan coffee brand focused on building a strong, thoughtful coffee culture through smaller, intentional spaces. As we expand, we're looking for a roaster to join our team in Dehradun.

We're open to both freshers and those with some hands-on experience—what matters most is curiosity, consistency, and a genuine interest in coffee.

What you'll do

– Assist in daily roasting operations

– Learn and execute roast profiles

– Support in quality control and cupping sessions

– Maintain roasting logs and production consistency

– Help with packaging and inventory management

– Contribute to keeping the roasting space organised and efficient

What we're looking for

– Interest in coffee and willingness to learn

– Attention to detail and consistency

– Ability to work with a team in a hands-on environment

– Prior experience is a plus, but not required

Training & Growth

You'll be trained closely by Abhay (SCA certified barista & Q grader) along with Akivi (SCA certified intermediate roaster). This role is designed to help you build a strong foundation in specialty coffee roasting.

– Salary: Starting from ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
