Job Description – Coffee Machine Technician

Job Summary
Sidapur Coffee is looking for a Coffee Machine Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining coffee and tea vending machines, supporting kiosk operations, and assisting with packing and dispatch activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Servicing & Maintenance
- Service and maintain filter coffee and tea vending machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and hygienically.
- Visit client locations for servicing (3–4 days per week).
- Kiosk Operations Support
- Serve coffee, tea, and snacks at the company kiosk.
- Maintain cleanliness and customer service standards.
- Handle basic stock monitoring and replenishment.
- Kiosk duty for approximately 2 days per week.
- Warehouse / Dispatch Support
- Assist in packing and dispatching products from the godown.
- Support inventory handling when not assigned to servicing or kiosk duties.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle vending machine maintenance
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Willingness to travel locally for servicing work
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to multitask between technical and operational duties
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with technical background can apply)
