COE Tax Analyst II

Key Deliverables

• Ensure timely extraction, transformation, and preparation of tax-related data for compliance and reporting.

• Perform tax account reconciliations, applying general tax knowledge and accounting concepts.

• Identify and implement process efficiencies within tax compliance workflows.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and flag risks appropriately.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist the global tax team with ad-hoc projects related to tax compliance and reporting.

• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and reporting packages (e.g., Oracle Cloud Analytics, Sovos, OneSource) to support tax processes.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are coordinated effectively across geographically dispersed teams.

• Perform data quality reviews and collaborate with technology teams to automate data acquisition processes.
