Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
Define, standardize, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
Lead the implementation of multi-stage pipelines-as-code using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD platforms.
Collaborate with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to enable Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT).
Implement containerized and serverless deployment solutions on AWS, including Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
Develop and maintain configurable CI/CD/CT pipelines with integrated quality gates and security controls.
Drive automation for application build, testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Dark deployments.
Establish and monitor DevOps performance metrics, including DORA metrics.
Integrate security scanning, compliance, and governance controls into DevSecOps workflows.
Mentor DevOps engineers and development teams on engineering best practices and DevSecOps maturity improvements.
Support incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure DevSecOps processes comply with organizational audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation solutions for DevSecOps.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
9+ years of overall IT experience with:
6+ years in DevSecOps/DevOps engineering
4+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration
AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
Configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
Experience integrating and managing tools such as:
SonarQube
Snyk
Artifactory
Maven
Selenium
RestAssured
JMeter
LambdaTest
Liquibase
AWS Secrets Manager
EasyVista
Strong scripting/programming expertise in Groovy, YAML, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, release orchestration, and secure SDLC practices.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, CloudWatch, ELK/OpenSearch/Kibana, and OpsGenie.
Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent cloud certification.
Experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into DevSecOps automation workflows.
Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, IAM, and enterprise monitoring frameworks.
