Coding Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coding Trainer, located in Nagpur. The Coding Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering coding training sessions, creating engaging curriculum materials, and assessing students learning progress. The role involves mentoring students, providing feedback, and staying current on coding languages, tools, and industry trends. The trainer will also collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the training programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C and C++
• B.Tech Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field/ MCA/MSC (CS/IT)
• Knowledge of web development and database management concepts
• Experience in teaching coding skills and developing curriculum for technical education
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and levels
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative coding practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a training or educational role is a plus
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with technology changes
