Job description:

Focus: Teacher Training & Faculty Development

-Conduct teacher training and faculty development programs on Coding, Robotics, AI, Electronics, and STEM.

-Deliver hands-on workshops on robotics kits, sensors, microcontrollers, programming, and STEM activities.

-Mentor teachers and provide continuous academic and technical support.

-Evaluate teacher performance through assessments, demo sessions, and classroom observations.

-Identify teacher skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.

-Develop training materials, lesson plans, activity guides, presentations, and practical projects.

-Support teachers in effective curriculum implementation and classroom delivery.

-Design innovative AI, Coding, Robotics, and project-based learning activities.

-Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure teacher learning and training effectiveness.

-Review Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and monitor academic quality.

-Guide teachers in preparing students for robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events.

-Conduct faculty orientations, demo lectures, workshops, and refresher training sessions.

-Resolve teachers technical, academic, and classroom-related challenges.

-Coordinate with academic, content, operations, and school teams to ensure smooth program implementation.

-Continuously improve training methodologies, curriculum, and learning resources.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or related field.

Experience in teacher training, STEM education, coding/robotics training, or faculty development.

Strong knowledge of Robotics, Coding, AI, Electronics, Sensors, and Microcontrollers.

Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver engaging, practical training.

Passion for education, technology, and teacher development.
