This is a contract, remote-based role for a Coding Online Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for teaching coding and AI concepts to children and teens in 1:1 or small group settings, delivering a STEM.org-accredited curriculum. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive lessons, guiding students through hands-on projects using modern tools and technologies, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Instructors are also expected to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs.

• Proficiency in coding languages and tools such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and AI frameworks
• Experience designing and delivering educational content, particularly for K–12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep students engaged during virtual sessions
• Ability to provide individual attention and customize teaching approaches to fit learning styles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of online teaching platforms and technologies is preferable
