What you will be doing 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our organization 

and play a pivotal role in transforming the education landscape of our country. You 

will work closely with our local, and international partners, to develop study modules 

and events while supporting students. 

Your main responsibilities will be 

● Ensure a deep understanding of the peer-to-peer pedagogy and its concrete 

applications, with the ability to explain it to different stakeholders. 

● Conduct code reviews of student work. 

● Communicate and support students during the Learning period. 

● Identify and report platform bugs to the tech team. 

● Ensure credibility with corporate partners and understand their technical 

requirements. 

● Support the organization of tech events and collaborations. 

● Perform database queries for analytics and insights. 

● Ensure students progress at the expected pace. 

● Engage with employers and partners for program enrichment. 

● Facilitate group activities and oversee students platform usage. 

● Monitor and audit student work for individual support. 

● Maintain clear records of student activity and progress. 

● Promoting a collaborative environment, based on autonomy and peer learning.

Experience and Skills we are looking for: 

● A coding background with a hands-on mentality and openness to learning new 

areas. 

● Background in computer science and experience with multiple programming 

languages, (e.g. Go) is a plus. 

● Experience in an environment using peer-to-peer (P2P) learning is a plus 

● Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technology and products using 

available resources. 

● Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams 

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills  

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with technical 

savvy to make good decisions in a dynamic environment. 

● Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly 

with attention to detail. 

● Proactivity, dynamism, and adaptability to change. 

● Good command of the English language. Any other language
