Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Coding Agent (Rust) to join our freelance talent network. In this role, you will work on solving, reviewing, and evaluating complex Rust-based coding tasks that contribute to cutting-edge AI and software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Write, review, and optimize high-quality Rust code for diverse programming tasks.
Solve algorithmic and systems-level coding challenges with efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze and debug existing codebases to identify improvements and resolve issues.
Evaluate AI-generated code outputs for correctness, performance, and code quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain coding standards and technical consistency.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability in all assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with Rust programming.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems programming concepts.
Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and memory-safe programming.
Familiarity with asynchronous programming, concurrency, and Rust ecosystems/tools.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Prior experience in competitive programming, code review, or AI/code evaluation projects is a plus.
