We are looking for a skilled Coding Agent (Ruby) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about writing clean, efficient code and solving complex programming challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, review, and optimize high-quality Ruby code for AI and software-related tasks.
- Debug, test, and improve existing codebases for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical and logical problems.
- Analyze coding outputs and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
- Work on code evaluation, validation, and improvement tasks for AI model training and assessment.
- Maintain clean documentation and follow development standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design principles.
- Experience with frameworks such as Ruby on Rails is preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, debugging, and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
