Job Title: Codebeamer Developer / Support Engineer

Location: PAN India / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (as applicable)

Job Summary.

We are looking for a skilled Codebeamer Developer with Support experience to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) solutions using the PTC Codebeamer platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in customization, workflow configuration, integrations, user support, troubleshooting, and requirement management within regulated or product engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in PTC Codebeamer.
• Configure projects, trackers, workflows, permissions, and user roles.
• Customize forms, templates, reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Develop scripts and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Support requirement management, test management, risk management, and change management processes.
• Investigate and resolve production issues raised by end users.
• Monitor application performance and perform system health checks.
• Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Support Codebeamer upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments.
• Create user documentation, knowledge articles, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.
