This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to developers of all backgrounds. Whether you're self-taught, a hobbyist, or a seasoned programmer, if you can read and reason about code, we want your perspective.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, and other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
• Identify bugs, logical errors, and edge cases that could cause problems in real-world use
• Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
• Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning in plain language
• Work across a range of programming challenges and difficulty levels
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
• Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting what's wrong — and knowing how to fix it
• Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Self-taught developers, coding bootcamp graduates, and hobbyists are strongly encouraged to apply
• No computer science degree or formal professional experience required

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
• Background in competitive programming, open source contribution, or personal projects
