Tech grads (CS, IT, or anyone with solid coding background via projects/self-learning).

• 3rd & 4th year students eligible for Internship (can be converted into Fellowship later).
• 2026 grads eligible for both Fellowship & Internship.
• Passionate problem-solvers with a heart for social impact & education.
• Ready to dedicate 6–12 months to empower young women through coding & mentorship.

• Facilitate Learning Teach coding concepts, run workshops, and design engaging lessons.
• Mentor & Inspire Guide students in problem-solving, projects, and placements.
• Create Impact Track learning outcomes and help students achieve aspirational careers.
• Collaborate Work with teams on placement processes, reporting & program activities.
• Lead Projects Contribute to coding projects and initiatives that shape NavGurukul's programs.
