Role Overview
As a CodeBeamer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and customizing our requirements management tool (CodeBeamer), supporting teams in line with ASPICE and V-Model processes. You'll play a key role in enabling effective project execution by managing templates, user access, environments, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CodeBeamer templates for requirement management, aligned with Automotive SPICE and V-Model processes
- Set up and structure customer-specific CodeBeamer projects
- Maintain and adapt CodeBeamer configurations for all departments
- Deploy new versions and manage test environments
- Handle full lifecycle of requirements documentation in CodeBeamer
- Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and onboarding support
- Maintain internal documentation and update wiki pages as processes evolve
What We're Looking For
- A completed technical degree or equivalent technical diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar support or configuration role
- Knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office / Microsoft tools
- Familiarity with automotive development processes (ASPICE is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English (German language is a plus)
