Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about building scalable web applications and working with modern technologies, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Technical Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, Redux/Context API
- Solid backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB and database design
- Knowledge of REST API development and integration
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript is an added advantage
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
