Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Badminton Coach. The coach will be responsible for conducting training sessions for players of varying skill levels, developing individualized training plans, and nurturing a love for the game. Additional responsibilities include organizing practice schedules, providing constructive feedback, monitoring player progress, and ensuring safety during sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in badminton, including knowledge of techniques, rules, and game strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players of all ages
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training players at both beginner and advanced levels
• Ability to assess player skills and tailor training plans to suit individual development needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive training environment
• Certifications in sports coaching or badminton training are a plus
• First aid certification and knowledge of injury prevention protocols are an advantage
