Job Description

Location - Kharkhoda

Experience - 3 - 9 Years

Education - Diploma Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering)

Designation - JE/ER/SE

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in Lean Implementation plan(SPS) and coordinate the execution at department level as per Suzuki production system

2. Provide Training to workforce on SPS principles and techniques

3. Co-ordinate high impact projects on lean which can deliver business /cost impact

4. Conduct value stream mapping (VSM) in shop areas.

5. Co-ordinate in process improvement by applying 7 waste reduction methodologies.

6. Drive periodic review of continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Training need analysis for respective shops

8. Monthly Training Calendar preparation for Plant Training and share to all shops.

9. Analysing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing Lean strategies to improve productivity and quality.

10. Co-ordinate in strategy making for Continuous Improvement and present the status of Continuous Improvement initiative in monthly/quarterly reviews

11. Partner with individual leadership Team to strategize and map opportunities for improvements

Functional/Technical:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills.

2. Good presentation skills, Understanding of Statistical analysis

3. Strong facilitation skills and use innovative techniques to improve internal efficiency.

4. Understanding of lean manufacturing six sigma.
