Co-ordinator - Food Schemes

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end certification process from application review to certificate issuance, ensuring all steps are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Allocate certification files to appropriate technical reviewers in alignment with scheme requirements and TAT targets.
• Track and send regular reminders to reviewers on pending file reviews.
• Follow up with auditors to ensure timely submission of pending audit reports.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports as required by specific schemes or standards.
• Update and maintain accurate records in client trackers for certification schemes such as BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC, and second-party audits.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and effective communication to ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Generate and present monthly summary reports highlighting key process metrics and overall performance.
