Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Co-founder with Marketing Experience. The Co-founder will collaborate on formulating and executing marketing strategies, analyzing business trends, and driving sales initiatives to grow the company. Key responsibilities include identifying and building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, leading market research efforts to uncover opportunities, and creating innovative campaigns to position the brand. The role also involves mentoring team members to achieve business objectives effectively while championing the mission of PARTYWITTY.

• Strong expertise in Marketing and Sales, with the ability to craft and execute impactful business strategies.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research to identify market opportunities and assess business performance.
• Exceptional Communication skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers and to effectively represent the company's vision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with visionary leadership qualities and a passion for innovation.
• Prior experience in a marketing or sales leadership role; experience in the event or hospitality industry is a plus.
