Role Description The Co-Founder (With Investment) will play a hands-on leadership role in shaping VHONO's strategic direction, operations, and growth. This full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad involves overseeing editorial priorities, building and managing partnerships, and driving business development initiatives. The role includes collaborating with teams on content strategy, audience engagement, and platform optimization, while ensuring that the brand's values of accuracy, responsibility, and inclusivity are upheld. The Co-Founder will be responsible for investment participation, financial planning, and resource allocation to support sustainable expansion. Day-to-day activities also include mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities in the digital news ecosystem.
