Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Co-Founder at Navi Logistics. The Co-Founder will drive business strategy, spearhead sales and marketing initiatives, establish and nurture industry relationships, and identify areas for growth. The role involves analyzing market trends, overseeing operations for efficiency, and leading strategic decision-making. The Co-Founder will represent the company in establishing partnerships and explore new opportunities for business expansion while contributing to vision-building for long-term success.

• Exceptional Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition, business development, and revenue growth
• Business acumen, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in logistics or relevant industries
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Passion for the logistics and transportation industry, combined with entrepreneurial drive
