Job Description
MacroRides is building an AI-enabled, EV-first mobility platform focused on transforming everyday urban travel, starting with metro-connected last-mile mobility in Delhi.
We're looking for an experienced mobility leader who wants to join us as a co-founder, bringing industry expertise, operational leadership, investment and a builder's mindset.
Who We're Looking For
- Professionals who have worked at Uber, Ola, Rapido or other leading mobility companies.
- Experienced leaders in fleet operations, driver-partner networks, ride-hailing and city expansion.
- Entrepreneurs and senior professionals from EV, automotive, transportation or mobility technology businesses.
- Individuals who have scaled operations, improved unit economics, built partnerships or launched new markets.
The Opportunity
Work closely with the founding team to shape our operating model, build driver and fleet networks, strengthen unit economics, develop industry partnerships and lead expansion.
We're open to an equity-based co-founder partnership combining investment, active leadership and industry expertise. The structure and responsibilities will be discussed with the right candidate.
This isn't a conventional job or a passive investment opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to actively build and scale a mobility business with us.
